To make in a centrifugal juicer
Add half the melon to your juicer, then add the mint, then the remaining melon. The mint needs to be sandwiched between the melon in order to be pushed through the juicer. Juice and pour over ice.
To make in a slow masticating juicer or cold pressed
Chop and add half the melon to your juicer, then add the mint, then the remaining melon chopped up. The mint needs to be sandwiched between the melon in order to be pushed through the juicer. Juice and pour over ice.
