Ingredient

Apple 2 (cored)
Broccoli 1 inch stem
Spinach handful
Pineapple half
Parsley handful
Kale handful
Wheatgrass shot
Spirulina level teaspoon

Method

To make in a centrifugal juicer
Juice the pineapple, apples, kale, spinach and broccoli. Sandwich the kale between the other ingredients to ensure it is pushed through. Add the juice to a blender, along with the spirulina and wheatgrass. Blend for 3 seconds.

To make in a slow masticating juicer or cold pressed
Chop up and juice the pineapple, apples, kale, spinach and broccoli. Sandwich the kale between the other ingredients to ensure it is pushed through. Add the juice to a blender, along with the spirulina and wheatgrass. Blend for 3 seconds.
