To make in a centrifugal juicer
Add the pineapple, apples, cucumber and lime to your juicer. Pour into a blender along with the avocado (peeled and stoned), wheatgrass, spirulina and probiotic and blend until smooth.
To make in a slow masticating juicer or cold pressed
Chop and juice the pineapple, apples, cucumber and lime. Pour into a blender along with the avocado (peeled and stoned), wheatgrass, spirulina and probiotic and blend until smooth.
