Place an apple in first then sandwhich the spinach, cucumber, courgette and lime between the first and second apple. Push through slowly. Next, juice the celery and pineapple. Put all the juice into a blender with the avocado (peeled and stoned) and some ice cubes. Blend until smooth then drink straight away or put into an air tight flask into the fridge for up to 6 hours.
Chop the pineapple and push through. Juice the lime, spinach, chop the courgette, cucumber, celery and apple and push through. Put all the juice into a blender, then add the avocado (peeled and stoned) and some ice. Blend until smooth, drink straight away or put in airtight flask leave in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Alternatively freeze the juice and take out the freezer the night before to defrost for the day ahead.
