Juicing Avocado
Note: Avocado must be added to your juice with a blender - after juicing.
Although you can't juice an avocado, they are great with vegetable juices, just be sure to remove the skin and stone first! They're brilliant to include in juices as it has been proved that they are the most nutritious fruit in the world, containing everything that is nutritionally required by the human body.

Avocados contain EFA's, these are Essential Fatty Acids, which are compulsory in your diet as they help you maintain a healthy weight by regulating your appetite. These EFA's can also pay a part in hormone regulation or glowing skin and hair. They are also crucial for healthy joints. Avocados also contain almost as many as 20 essential nutrients. Some of these include fibre, potassium and Vitamin E. Oleic acid can also be found in Avocado, which has considerable cholesterol lowering effects in the body.
